Default MSN upcoming Search Engine * will it dethrone Google

Will MSN be able to release a Google-Killer

Msn currently prioritizes Overtures PPC Listings with Looksmart PPI listings comiing in second.

A customized SERPs version of Inktomi comes in Third for searchers. Depending on the popularity of the keyword query - the Looksmart listings can either be non-existant (for complex queries)
- or - take up several hundred spots before getting to the Inktomi SERPs.

(Since Looksmart listings limit the searcher to either what appears in the editor-given Websites' Title or occassionally the Title and Description)

It seems likely that Msn will be analyzing the weaknesses and strengths of Google and will profit from it's very successful, high profiled FIVE-YEAR existance.

The debate as to whether "Link Popularity" is really fair to new sites, The controversy regarding PageRank, The non-stemming of the results, the new attempt at finding synonyms with search results will probably all be analyzed.

What suggestions would you have for MSN in putting together the ultimate SERPs / Ranking Algorithms?

What HTML priorites should be established?

Should a Websites' Title still be such an important role in it' SERPs as it does for Google?

How about Meta Keywords and Meta Description Tags?

What balanced should be struck between avioding SPAM sites and allowing some leyway for aggressive SEO-ing?

Can the "Invisible-Web" be successfully incorporated in the data results?

A natural results ranking on Google can Now "Make or Brake" a company will Msn and Yahoo seize this opportunity to re-establish some equillibrium and some personality to Search engines results?
