Default I've found what's the problem about

There is a confilct between ZoneLabs Security Suite and MSN. If you have ZoneLabs on your PC make sure you go to MSN settings - Tools/Options/Connection/Advanced Settings and uncheck everything there. As soon as I did it I have no problems with MSN logging.

Default MSN 7.0 and Zone Labs Suit?

Do you run them both? Connection -> advanced settings at MSN are responsible for proxy/socks settings and as I see it conflicts with Zole Labs firewall settings.
