MSN advertising in Google

I've got some Google adSense ads on some of my sites and looked at one page and saw this ad:

I wonder if Google is aware of this and how much they're getting paid by Microsoft.

I'm sure google are aware that MSN have an account. I'm sure they wouldn't try it on without googles knowledge.

I bet google is just happy to take the money.
