Ha ha, no Tim, it's a baby carrier. If you were able to scroll down you'd see a gurgling infant. If you scrolled to the right you'd see the gurgling infant's mother. As it is, you can see an earing and, even in that small snapshot, more hair than I've got on my entire head.

Funny thing is, my first assumption was that it was a stroller...
