Sorry Ian. A lot of members have written us saying they like the no avatars rule. Not only is it more professional without the little cartoon icons but it's more personal when you can actually see the face of the person you're talking to.

Let me know if you ever want to submit an actual photo and I'll gladly upload it for you.
