Default How to update a photo ?

Once submitted, it is so hard to change our shot (photo) !.. I've tried, Seems I'm not alone, can see others trying to do it - but, no way : the old one remains unchanged.

Excepted for moderators ? Yes indeed. Not enough time left, politics reasons ?

Would it be better to register as a new user, forget the old log-in and send a new shot ? Same job for you, but much more "newbies" in the forums !

HTTPMAN!

I am one who has changed my photo.
I did it this way:

I put my new photo onto my web site.

I then linked it to this very category by using the [.img] tags.

I asked at the same time for Brittany to please change it if possible. I was very polite, and she is very nice, so she did it!

Here is how I did it, this example has periods like this, '.' , and some strange letters, so that it will show properly, but they don't go in the tags. I know you know this, but sometimes I am unclear in my meanings.
Here is my example :

[.img] httq;//website,nat/folder/imagename.jpg [/.img]

So, this is where you do it, in the 'member photos' category.
Good luck, mon ami :o)

httpman, take Mik's advice!

There are no crazy forum politics preventing you or any other member from changing your photo. :) All you have to do is either email the photo to me along with your member name or post a link to the photo here if it is uploaded to your website. I will gladly change it for you as soon as I have time. I changed andilinks' photo just a few minutes ago at her request and I will do the same for you!

Nah, you don't have to go through all that! A much better way of getting more "newbies" to visit WebProWorld would be to invite all your friends! ;)
