hi i was wondering the following,

we would like to provide our visitors with more information on different subjects. We only don't want to write it ourselves. So we want to approach website's/businesses that could provide us with the information we are looking for.

But what is fair as a trade for the article's?
I was thinking giving them a link under the article and a link on our link page. But what is normally done? Has anybody any experience with this?

thanks in advance!

I just wrote my first professional article this week :-)

I know that some magazines offer cash -- one I know for sure offers $250-800. I'm not as sure about web-zines. And I am aware of at least one web-zine that only offers the exposure/link is really our currency, but they do also provide a comp one-year subscription to their royalty-free stock photo site, worth $499.00 They are a fairly major site though so I know the exposure itself is pretty significant!

Hope this helps.

Hi New. I think you have the right idea with offering a link at the end of their article. You might also want to offer a short bio about the author including contact information and email address. I don't think you have to offer $$$. In fact, the benefit for them writing the article is free exposure. People are looking for free publicity all the time. I work as the Marketing/PR Director for a company that sells safety and security products. I write articles all the time, hoping to get them published in relevant publications and on various websites. Also, it gives them another link to their site and may come up in a search engine search... beneficial for everyone. You may also want to look for relevant article's in Yahoo's Article Announce. There people post articles with permission for others to reprint them. I think the site is, http://groups.yahoo.com/group/article_announce/. Good luck. What industry are you in anyway?

Thanks for your reply americana

I study marketing and international management in The Netherlands and work now as an intern in Sydney Australia.
The business i do my internship for is called Australian Business For Sale www.businessforsale.com.au

and connects business buyers with business sellers (not agent or brokers).

I am busy trying to get more visitors to the website and get more sales through the website. (do this by promotions, e-mail, seo, etc)

If you have any suggestions on website's that are useful i would be happy to know

Thanks

Hi,

If you want free articles, you can go to my site at http://www.creativecauldron.com/articles.shtml for articles on photography, art, writing and small business. Or go here http://www.creativecauldron.com/Webs...Articles.shtml for my articles on website design. Choose an article, click on its link and if you want to use it click on the email link at the top of the article and it will be sent to you via autoresponder. All I ask is that you include the signature box I have at the end of each article.

Other sources of free articles are:

Have Fun,
Jeff

Hi New,

What type of articles are you looking for? You mention that you want to provide more information on "different subjects." Did you have anything in particular in mind? The articles really need to be related to your site, but don't necessarily have to be about real estate. You could search for articles on a variety of things... let me know what you had in mind and I'll see what I can think of.
