Since the web is global, I think it's okay for you to list a site in your links page that's located out of the US, and doesn't ship to the US or vice versa. You never know where your visitors are located, and perhaps they don't live where they can receive your products but they have family and friends that do?
I don't see anywhere that you mention not being able to ship outside the US though - you would probably want to at least make a mention somewhere, so a person from outside the US doesn't get frustrated late in the ordering process.
As an aside, if enough people were clamoring for a product in another country, it's not unheard of for a company to discover they have another market or to find someone to handle order fulfillment for outside their own market.
Enjoyed your site - as I moved into a house without overhead lighting, and have been using candles, I had questions which are now answered!
