Twe.ly, a new short url tagging service, has launched today. It is a service of Twellow.com and WebProNews.com.

In addition to shrinking your URL, Twe.ly allows you to post directly to Twitter and watch the conversation unfold. Twe.ly's unique tagging system organizes all of the links automatically. In addition, twe.ly provides you with real-time stats and screenshots.

This is a pre-beta launch with many more features currently in development.
