Writing Article

I tried my hand at writing a article a few weeks ago and submitted to ArticleCity. I never did recieve an approval from them, but I just noticed they had put my article on their site. I wrote this at work, in between the phone ringing off the hook and people in & out all day. The article has no relevence to our site, so I don't know if it will help in any way. I do have a few questions,

"Is there any way to edit your personal info at ArticleCity"?
"Is it acceptable to place a affiliate link in your personal info"?
"How can you search to find if anyone is using your article"?
