Need Opinions on Exit Profit Generator Popup

Hi, I added Exit Profit Generator Popup to our website this past week to see if we would capture more leads as people are leaving our website. If you don't know what this does -- when a person hovers near the top of a page on our website a pop up appears and asks them if they would like to contact us before leaving. We have only received a handful of inquiries of people filling this out. I am wondering if it is annoying to users - if I should take it down or leave it up. If you would like to see for yourself please visit our website (in my signature below) and let me know your opinion.

Does anyone else have any suggestions about getting leads from visitors? We currently have a live chat on our website that a real person monitors during the work day. I am wondering if Virtual Sales Assistant might be worth while, or some other sort of popup / something that will get more visitors to contact us from our website.

ok, I have been looking around online and I really like Slide up FX. It is an unblockable popup that slides up from the bottom of the page. This one isn't quite working in my IE7 or firefox, so I am looking to see if there are any other websites that I can buy a similar product from. Can anyone give me any suggestions? I am thinking about trying this with my visitors rather than exit profit generator. Thanks.
