General Advertising Question

My site is a Mexico related tour guide site that gets a steady 10,000 visitors a month and has PR4 rating.

Am I even in the ballpark to start hitting up people for advertising, even at modest rates?

I would be glad to list the URL but am not sure what the WebProWorld policy is on posters listing their own URLs.
