How do I buy eBay Sponsored links?

One of my clients is looking to have their products listed on eBay under the sponsored links area underneath the search results.

I have scoured the internet on how to buy ads in this sponsored links area.

I read that yahoo provides those ads, but I have called yahoo search marketing twice, and neither rep I talked to could give me direction on those specific ads. I do know that yahoo is serving some ads via ebay because we do get some traffic referrals from our yahoo ads on ebay elsewhere.

Any help that any of you can provide on this mystery would be greatly appreciated.
