E-Mail Providers Slam Spammers according to Wired News.
AOL, Earthlink, MSN and Yahoo! have each launched major civil actions in Federal District Court against alleged spammers.
The claims are made further to the right to sue provisions granted Internet access providers under the Can Spam Act and also seek damages for civil torts
The actions include claims against people both residing within and outside of the United States.
