FTC seeks comments on Spam Regs

Hi all,

Just a quick head's up.

The FTC has issued a press release calling for comments on the Spam Regs along with the 4 reports it has to file with Congress under the Act.

(The formal documents will be released Thursday, March 11, 2004.)

(Quick side note - the person co-ordinating the FTC activities is a staff lawyer by the name of Catherine Harrison-McBride and the staff lawyer leading the parade is Mike Goodman.)
