Is it a good stratego to promote Youre service on digg like pages? I've tested and on pages like Nowe projekty webowe - upcoming.pl / Opublikowane strony or http://folkd.com You need only 3-5 custom accounts to get votes on first page that normally have some PR. Is the job worth it?

Yeh many SEO have Custome account and it is a key if you have strength to save it to become spam

it really helps if You have dynamic ip or some proxy servers. You can reset opera settings and vote again and again
