What is your favorite article submission service?

What is your favorite article submission service that submits to LEGITIMATE sites and article directories and allows hyperlinks in the resource box?

I've used iSnare and been happy with them, but their site is saying they are experiencing delays in approvals, and I am in a time crunch.

Any suggestions?

My personal favorite is ArticleUnited.com. They give excellent service.
