Looking for Circle Links only.

I am looking to exchange "circle links". In other words, if a webmaster owns 2 sites, I can link to one of the sites, and the other site can link to my site, www.HammockUniverse.com

That way, the links can have more weight with search engines. Please let me know if interested.
