Google Trends and other topic tools

So I stumbled across the Google hot trends page today. I've been there before but the data used to be much older and less usable. Now the page displays the hottest Google searches every hour and lets you track it thru the day! Additionally the page is available as an RSS feed so you can keep track of it in your favorite reader! I've decided that this could be a great targeted traffic tool if you needed Blog traffic and were lacking in subject ideas. Does anyone else have any cool tools like this that they use frequently?
