Anyone using Omniture?

Hi,

Just want to see if there is anyone using Omniture here?

I would like to find a user forum for this product as their own basically sucks. No action (not even their staff answers questions there) in their own forum and incredibly slow software.

Their documentation is very technical. Basic set up makes Google Analytics to look like heaven. Everything has to be implemented manually and best practice documents has to be bought.

True there are some powerful tools but its NOT like you can get much out of it until you have spent a week or 3 with their consultants.

Their question: - what do you want?

My reply: what are my options, I am a B2B company trying to generate leads.

Their reply: there are so many ways of doing this

Really it sucks. Paying so much money for the tool you expect to surpass Google Analytics from start.

So, anyone who know where I can find a Omniture user group?
