"new" Program promises 1000's of visits

I got promotional material from entireweb today withan ad for a program called Instant Booster. This program promises that you will instantly get 1000's of new visits per day. Nothing new in that so I did a little research on the net and found that the program is nothing more than a mass submission program to link farms.
