Logo and Web Design Marketing

Hello All,

I am planning to market a website who offer the services of Logo and Web Designing. Anybody have ideas where should I advertise and why? Any out the box ideas of its promotion?How can I create a competitive advantage? What is the market I should target? (If B2B Consumers then how to segment the b2b market? Who needs a logo?
