Advertising on www.tsindos.com

I have a problem (since I am not in the field) to bring advertisers to my site. Each country on my site has advertising space for sale at a cheap (in my opinion) rate but nobody seems interested as yet.
What am I doing wrong? I have an Alexa ranking of 120,000 and a Google rank of 4/10. How far should I go before attempting to attract advertisers?
Answers to these questions would greatly help me in my planning.
