I am using this site to generate traffic so that visitors can click on my ads to generate income. myspider4life.com - Home does anyone have suggestions as to how to generate unique traffic on my site? i already tried a traffic sites but did little affect. My site is currently under technical work.

I really need some good strategy to generate some type of constant flow of traffic for my online business

What do you mean under technical work? I did not click on the site just to click and you are not asking for a review... That said:

Make sure your site is SEO friendly. There are people here that really know what they are doing and will be more than glad to help for SEO.

Are your meta tags, title tags, description tag all optimized for your page(s)?

Do all of your graphics are the alt attribute that describe the graphic and not necessarily what the page is about?

Have you started back linking? Search here for the name incrediblehelp. He as some great articles about back linking. Back link for traffic, not for PR value. (I learned that one the hard way.)

Just market the site like you would a business... yes pay attention to everything that's out here regarding SEO, search engines will bring a good percentage of the people.

If I had to say one thing that will help both in getting people to the site, keeping them there, getting them to return, AND help your search engine rankings...
CONTENT
Make sure the site is focused on one main topic.
Lots and lots of unique content (information) about that topic
Unique is major, the same content that everyone else has won't be of any benefit to anyone visiting the site.
Regular updates to the content
Forums to allow site visitors to contribute, and interact and/or
Allow visitors to comment on articles and posts
Longer excerpts from the articles on the front page...

LET PEOPLE SHUT OFF THE MUSIC!!!! That could potentially drive people away

If you create a good, solid, unique site that has a market out there. Your on the way, it should begin to rank well and get some traffic. At that point some paid advertising may help. The idea is to create a site that once someone comes they want to keep coming back, and tell all their friends about it...

Yes, I agree with Orion to allow people to stop the music as well as focussing on content. Get more related topic about your current site and update them regularly. Building a successful site takes time. If you got extra cash, you can consider paid advertising. This will have to generate new targetted traffic.

Yes, you should start spreading through word of mouth. Can also try the offline advertising like flyers.

Create a decent page in myspace and similar sites and network with members there, SN sites are good way to generate the targeted traffic that you're looking for.

Social Media Marketing. Post an article on digg that links to your site in order to generate traffic. Establish connections with bloggers and social media experts in order to get your name out there and create a "brand awareness." Continue to have a meaningful participation in forums etc. in order to better establish connections that will help get your name out there. Visit sites such as yours and establish relationships with the owners so you can encourage linkbacks etc.
