Default WebProWorld Email Marketing Problems?

Hi, is it just me and my gmail account that's getting strange, unclickable and messed up imagery from the webproworld team when they send out their articles?

No, its not just you, I have been getting the same for a week or so now.

Its a slight worry because of the message from google (see screenshot below) and as you say the links / images are not working.

I have added:

support@WebProWorld.com

support@ientry.com

webproworld@ientrynetwork.net

to my gmail contacts but am still getting this message.

Actually, it looks like an SPF hard fail, here are the headers from the messages:

Hope this helps the admins sort it out, it looks like they shifted mailserver but forgot to update their dns spf records.

No, 'fraid not... SPF is good, no mailserver switch. We are still working on how/why and all that. Hopefully the Gmail team can provide us with some insight (I've asked).

Hi Mike, doesn't the following line from above mean the spf check has failed?

Received-SPF: fail (google.com: domain of update@ientrynetwork.net does not designate 213.171.216.75 as permitted sender) client-ip=213.171.216.75;
Authentication-Results: mx.google.com; spf=hardfail (google.com: domain of update@ientrynetwork.net does not designate 213.171.216.75 as permitted sender) smtp.mail=update@ientrynetwork.net

Steve
