PRWeb Visibilty Packages?

I am doing press releases mainly to get backlinks for my web sites through PRWeb. We are on a budget so we have been using the $80 Standard Visibility package to do the release, but I want to know if it would be worth it to upgrade to the $120, $200 or $360 package. I would like to know what anyone out there uses and why? If I upgrade, how high should I go given my goal to get backlinks. I would like to do the $200 SEO Visibility to get anchor text links with my key phrases, but would say two $80 releases would better than one $200 release?

I think going for higher upgrade pages you can utilize that amt in implementing other promotional activities.
