Default Autoresponders Query

Hi,

I'm trying to find an autoreponder system that will let me
set-up to send each time someone is added to the list -
that's the easy bit.

But I also want it to send even if I add the same person again,
no matter how many times.

The people added to this list will have requested this info, so there's
no spamming.

Let me explain.....

Here’s what I am trying to do:

My client hires access lifts to the construction industry
and wants to email a quoted hire price for a particular
bit of equipment.

I want to set-up an autoresponder for the client to use like a
quotation system.

I will create an online form for my client which will let them
add the customer enquiry to the list with the autoresponder
set up to send out.

So far all this is straight forward, and most systems can do this.

Now here’s the important bit.

My clients customers will often come back for new quotes.

So a person with the same name and email address will need
to be sent another quote, using the same auotoresponder.

So on May 17th They might add “David Smith” email david@builders.com
then various other fields.

The submit his details via the online form and it sends out the autoresponder
saying Dear David, Here’s your quote for the access platform ……

This will all work fine.

But what happens when using the same form, my client submits another
quote to him?

I currently use Intellicontact and their system will not send the same autoresponder
(albeit with different prices and equipment spec) to some one who is already on the list.

Has anybody come across a system that will let me do this?

Thanks,

Robert
