What's people's thoughts on http://www.reviewme.com from the Company behind text-link ads?

Seems like it could be a decent way of boosting links and potentially driving traffic from busy blogs. Certainly seems more worthwhile than buying regular text link ads?

I don't see anything wrong with it, but Google seems to think it is a bad idea.

Paid reviews are not really that bad of idea, but this a slippery slope when it comes to Google. Google seems to think both PayPerPost and ReviewMe are shady link building techniques, yet both are now clearly labeled as paid endorsements. Both are pretty forward now mentioning that the blog post is basically paid, so Google should not have any troubles not counting the link juice. Still both would be a good traffic source on larger blogs.
