$100,000 Monthly SEO Cooperation

I saw an interesting thread over on the digitialpoint forum at forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=176443
from an SEO firm looking for a 'mastermind' type of cooperation with owners of profitable Web sites. The author indicated $100,000 monthly potential for the right partners. Very interesting, especially if he or she can deliver.

I was curious if anyone else has ever developed such a partnership with an SEO or other marketing professional or vice versa. IMO e-partnerships can be one of the most effective forms to increase profits and lower ROI. I'm not talking about typical affiliations as with ad networks or affiliate programs. But exclusive one-on-one partnerships for mutual benefit in terms of traffic, sales, etc.
