This is genius. Blendtec, a blender manufacturer film a series of short product demonstrations and put them on YouTube. They blended things like marbles and full soda cans and rake handles.

The company attracted six million viewers in six days.

This is a great example of using social marketing to your advantage, rather than fighting or fearing it.
