Default Ads By Gooooooogle

Okay I need some help.

I have been noticing a growing trend of posting ads by google on the top of the page where naturally information about the page I am visiting should be posted. Instead of seeing what the page has to offer I am seeing what the competition has to offer.

Now I know there is some payment involved from google, but is there any benefit in posting them so promenently that it detracts from your own site?

Just wondering

Not at all. Those sites are just wanting to get the cash for the click and forget about the visitor ever showing up.

Brian.
