Default clicks to sales - niche product website

www.kaptontape.com

Any suggestions on how to attract new clients for a niche product like this? I think the design of the website is decent and easy to navigate. I just want to be able to boost traffic and sales and am a bit new to internet marketing. We are outsourcing some of this marketing or at least getting some feedback as of late, but i'm doing my own research. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi

First of all I think that you posted your question in the wrong part of forum. If about Adwords I would start with using your products names as keywords.
Adding your website to specialized directories could help.

Have you tried...

1. Press Releases? What is unique about your site or how could you relate your content/products to something in current events? Do you have seasonal tapes that you could tap into energy conservation, etc...?

2. Affiliate program. Do you currently operate a partner, associate or affiliate program where related niche market sites could link to you for any chunk of your profit?

Don't write your text for the search engines, write it for your visitors. Break down all your products into pages and build a page for each product to sell that product and nothing else. Try and put around 150 words of text on that page for that product along with some very good pictures of that product.

Then add a blog to the site and write articles about the product and link from the blog to the new page you just made using the product name.

Submit the site to directories, blogs, forums and write articles and press releases.

That should get you started.
