Best PR site?

Hi Everyone!
What is your opinions on the best company to go with for PR? Specifically, to help with keyword exposure on search engines? I don't mind spending a couple hundred dollars, as long as it works. PR Web?

I have an adult Halloween costume website and I need more quality traffic, fast! Please let me know what you think.

what about your local chamber? Your in New York dont you guys have the Village Voice up there.... Lots of traffic to that site.. I know our local chamber does alot of speciality businesses around their busy season.

You don't want "PR" you want relevant links. Type in the keywords that your after and ask those websites for links.

PR helps, but is worthless on its own. What you should be really after is links with keywords in the anchor text. And the fun thing is, you can create a whole bunch of those links inside your own website and see your rankings go up.

LOL, so under utilized it is funny, but lets not point all the those great internal links to the home page.
