I took my wife to the Doc this morning and happened to pick up a recent copy of "Field and Stream"....

Let me tell you what, I saw all kinds of quality outdoor tips, for fishining and hunting, stories and an all together very well done presentation that almost refused to promote a single IRL or URL in the entire publication!

That's what I saw!

I agree it is just sad that these companies dont promote the URLs in off-line productions. Maybe they deserve a phone call from the "eagle"?

You'd almost think they have to be "refusing" to do it.

Could an entire staff of people put a magazine together where at least one person wouldn't think to say, "Hey...let's promote our website."?

Most waiting rooms have magazines from 1950 still there. Check the date on the publication. Was the internet even invented at the time of its publishing.

Looking through most print ads, I usually see a URL somewhere on the ad.
