Default No problems

No problems Janeth, I have uploaded my new site and although still working on content have started submitting to directories and search engines etc.

Talking about real estate.. . I have some swamp land..

Though that would be a good topic for another thread.

Sure am sorry I missed all that.

Something I saw in Janeths earlier posts on this topic that I thought was very wise...

She isn't reinventing the wheel. She is taking what works from different venues (mail order brides, seo)
making some unique modifications (monthly fees, etc)and giving that a chance to work for her.

Maybe or maybe not it's the best area of concentration, but the model is one that offers a greater chance for success. Don't reinvent the wheel, improve it. And leverage others marketing to advance your own business.

Geico and Allstate are great examples in the US. Geico said fast quotes in 15 minutes...
So Allstate said, if you want more than just 15 minutes of service...

nice one!~

One of the steps to marketing a website with no money is a good list of keywords. Perhaps my list will provide some ideas.

Coffee girls also brings to mind the Telenovela "Café con aroma de mujer"

I took ideas from other markets that people were already using that seemed to work good and used them in this market.

For example there is a lot of profit in the dating market, while a lot of people are saying there is very little profit in the mail order bride industry.

I tried to use what works in the dating industry for the mail order bride industry.

But as you said, it could also be a bad thing and the end of my business before I get started.

When scanmonkey brought real estate in, I thought what a great idea. A big ticket item that could happen once or twice every 6 months with a small ticket item that would bring cash in all the time and be an income I can rely on.

It is nice when someone else comes up with your keywords for you. (-:

Thanks a lot for the list.

scanmonkey,

What tool did you use for the keyword search? We use one from digitalpoint.com but always looking for new ones.

PS. Did you search AOL's list? ;)

Hi janeth,

You may have meant to do this to capture "misspelled" searches, but in case you didn't:

In your page title you have "Colombian Grils" instead of girls.

I have been reading this thread and got curious..so I visited your site...quite the improvement since last time I visited! Anyway I have been reading in this thread about "keywords" so I checked out your source code (for your home page) and was wondering (mainly because I am still learning") do you plan on putting more keywords in your <meta name="keywords" content="Colombia Real Estate Colombian Grils"/>...?or do you plan on leaving it as it is?

I'm still playing with the meta and title tags but I want make it much longer at all.

Most search engines don't use them and those that do put very little weight to them.

Some search engines will count it against you if you place keywords in them that are not on the page text.

Thanks for the info, so if I understand correctly "keywords" in the meta tag can be used for "marketing your site" but this meta tag doesn't work for all search engines

Yes that would be correct but when it does help it helps very little.

Hello cctech,

I didn't use one but a good tool is Wordtracker

(but that costs money unless you use the free trail)

To find good keywords
1) go where the money is
2) go vertical

A good way to find keywords is to go where the money is. Look at what keywords the top sites are going after and look at their meta tags.

Go vertical. Real estate and coffee tour customers come to mind. As well as people looking to live abroad and relocate in the case of Colombian Girls introductions.

I didn't use it but yeah the aol database is a good place.

Default Fun to watch

I do a lot of lurking on this forum. I just went to the Columbia Coffee Girl website. It appears to be developing. Keep up the good work, Janeth. Personally referring some of the ladies is interesting. I would think Columbia might run out of ladies pretty quick though. Most of the American Males I know are really tired of the Liberated Entitled American woman.

I've gotten the site submitted to a lot of different directories, I used the list from Dan’s site because I don’t know of anyone online that works harder on their list then he does
