Email Marketing Software - Which to go for?

Hi,

I am looking for email marketing software. The rate of the software should be affordable. I want the software with the following features. Please see the following features and suggest me some good and popular software. Is there any important feature I have missed out if so please mention it.

My requirements:


List Management:
 The software should able to harvest Email from internal sources.
 Maintain a record database of email addresses.
o List can be organized by category based on the users’ discretion.
o Filtering option based on the segment we set



Email Verification:
 The software should check the email address and verify its correctness
o Should verify email addresses very fast
o Verify email addresses in three levels (Check syntax, DNS, SMTP)
o List of invalid email address and save valid email addresses
o Should have search facility to locate email address
o Should be able to analyze repeated emails

Email Creation:
 Software should create email
o Design Html Emails (WYSIWYG HTML editor)
o Design Plain text Emails
o Spell check
o Support high graphics
o Easily upload files like pdfs, word documents, presentations etc


Email Sending:
 Software should send bulk emails
o Send bulk or limited emails on the specified time
o Auto responding facility when email reaches the inbox
o Should track the time of email delivery
o Should handle bounces and respond it through auto responder
o Auto respond if delivered successfully
o Automatically respond if mails are deleted

Tracking and reporting:
 Generate report based on the metrics
o Should be able to track number of click thru rates based on daily, weekly and monthly
o Should analyze conversion rate
o Bounce rate
o Open rate
o ROI calculator etc
o Should be able to generate general report
