Keywords - my memory has let me down

There are sites out there that I have used before to determine the popularity of keywords. I've changed computer and lost my 'favourites list' and can't for the life of me remember what they were and after a fruitless search I am calling on help and advice if you would be so kind.

Please can anybody give me a URL of a site whereby I can check the popularity / search strings etc for chosen keywords and phrases.
