I need help from the experienced web users here!

I have been pitched the Corey Rudl, Internet Marketing Centre Mentoring Program to build a web business from scratch over a 6 month period at a cost of approx. $8,000. It almost sounds too good to be true but I am considering it and the claims made.

Does anyone have experience with the program?
Can anyone shed light on the claims made?

I am not going to post the website as I know affiliate website promotion is not allowed here. I am not trying to promote it, however, the company does engage in a lot of affilitate programs.

A lot of money. Be careful and do your research!

I wouldn't pay that! I really believe everything you could want to know about building a website from scratch and promoting it is freely availalbe on the web. I would use free information/forums to build my site and I would keep my $8000 for promotions and marketing!
