I don't really understand how this works. I read the FAQs, but... I guess I'm dense.

You simply sign up to join the site. Enter your URL and if u have a banner also, enter Banner URL too. That is all. Just check your logs to see , how much traffic you get from our service and it's quality.
There is nothing else to do. It is free for first 50 traffic. Only if you like it, you may chose to buy, or if you dont want to buy, but just get more traffic, then you need to place a small html file to your web pages as well.
