a couple of weeks ago, i recieved a pocketsize printed overview of the world-cup soccer 2006, made by a supermarket. I still have it, it's on my desk, i look at it at least 5 times per day, and i know their website by heart.

Newsgroups and forums are two different areas.

Whilst there is a lot of newsgroup software programs to specifically use newsgroups you can access some through google via http at http://groups.google.com/

4 - Website Directories
5 - newsletters
6 - Free Viral Pdf - links embedded.

9 - PPC google adwords
10 - forums

i would advise using myspace because its a much bigger community.

however squidoo is getting more popular by the day.

I guess it wouldnt hurt to use both hey! Remember in the end its about getting traffic and converting them into sales.
