Can you recommend a good email campaign program?

I'm thinking of using Constant Contact to enable a client to manage their email marketing. Has anyone used CC and if so how was it? Can you recommend a different program?

There isn't a thing wrong with Constant Contact, but a couple of years ago I chose IntelliContactPro ( http://www.intellicontact.com/ ) instead and have no cause to regret it.
