I am trying to find a place to buy/use a targetted e-mailing list for a a couple of my clients who are looking to release new products and/or services.

Any suggestions?

i think advertising in the ezines would be helpful in this case.
because the readers will be readers will not be treating that as junk or spam as in the case of safelists.
