Any thoughts on gambling sites?

It seems that all the standard practices for getting a gambling site listed are off limits. I'm just researching the topic now, but it looks rather daunting since yahoo, google, overture, etc., don't accept gambling sites.

But they do have a habit of putting links onto sites. In the past 6 months I've had about 30 list my site and there is nothing you can do about it - other than to say 'Thanks but no thanks'
