Looking for a complete email campaign management provider

Hi Guys,

Like the subject says, I'm looking for a company that can handle a small opt in email campaign for about 8000 customers.

Ideally, the provider would be able to write copy, create an html email and send it and provide me with as much analytic info to help me use the list to my best advantage.

Up till now I've been doing this myself but it needs to be managed a little better. I've done a lot of searching online and I've found literally thousands of companies that will send emails but I'm running short on those that will totally manage the campaign like they were sitting in my office.
