Paypal – how private & secure is it ?

I am asking these questions about Paypal to the general public – instead of Paypal itself
To get as many unbiased opinions as possible .

Can “ANYBODY” in any way see what transactions are taking place in a particular account ? or is it completely private ?

Can you have two names & bank accounts attached to a single Paypal account ?

Does anybody know of any company like Paypal
Who accepts payments for you that is as Reliable , honest & in general as good a company as Paypal is ?
If so are they private ?

Don't know about that, but they definitely don't bat an eyelid at 2 PayPal accounts being set up under the same name.
