Offering something for FREE through website.

The company that I am a representative for just went through some leadership changes.

I had to stop offering a free interactive cd. But now I don't know what to offer for FREE so that I can harvest e-mail addresses.

I still give them the option of signing up for our team newsletter but I would like to offer something for Free that will get them to come back again.

Does anyone have anything I can use or have any ideas? I know that there are options out there but being new to internet marketing I am going through the learning curve and would appreciate any help.

Free financial independece News Letter?

Throw a contest with a drawing every three months and give away a PDA?

I think there are all kinds of things to give away in a contest and it doesn't have to be too expensive an item, but it should be related to your site.

Thanks for the advice KJ. I offer a newsletter through my site. Do you think maybe just offering a newsletter is sufficient enough or should I also offer something else as a way to harvest e-mail addresses.

I like the "Free financial independece News Letter? " idea. So maybe offer a pdf that offers tools that can help them manage their credit and debt in the real world. Without sharing too much information. But being something that in the real world would cost them about as much as a $10-$15 book would cost. But use this as a give away every 3 months. You know what, you are definitely on to something.

Now finding the time to put something together. First I have to learn how to use something on a pdf file. I don't know what a PDA is so I will have to assume that it may be difficult to learn w/ so little time. I have a fraternity brother that can teach me how to create pdf files in a few hours time w/ Adobe.

Thanks KJ. I will ponder on this some more but I think that would be my least expensive most efficient way of giving something away that relates to my site in a big way.
