Stocks: Message Board System

I am currently building a message board system for investors. My competitors are Ragingbull.com, Finance.yahoo.com, and StockHouse.com. They are all established investor message board systems. I want to create company specific groups. Where information is shared, and they are continuously being built into a better resource. I have been working with a group of foreign developers out of Russia. I think they did a great job at first, but lately seem to be driving their prices up for seemingly small additions to the site. I would like to invite you all to check out the site and give ideas for improving the site. Currently I have trouble getting visitors to join the boards, and getting the few that join to post messages. Our revenues are derived from Google adsense.

Any help or ideas are welcome.

We are also looking for members to join our team and help us develope our product.
