I need help!

I have two problems that I know you will find more and that is good.
First. Iam trying to have people who come to my site leave their names, email, and the item that they want or collect so that I can contact them when I have that item. If they live in the Memphis area..send them a email and they come to the sale...if they live out of the area.. I take a pict, description, and email them if they like it I send them the item when they send me the money pay pal or credit card..
Second..At least once a week often more someone from out of the area will write and ask who in their town does what I do..an I look it up or search and find some folks...this is fine and good and I get the gold star for being nice,,but how do I start an association...NOT a Franchise (expensive and legal) state approval and all...and I offer my service and experience for a fee.?
