Looking for advice

Has anyone out there seen this program featured in a demo mode. It is called Link Manager and is located at http://www.riseupmarketing.com/

The website is crappy but the software looks interesting. They have offered to let me sell it for them. Before I sell any product, I would like to know what people think of it. If you want an actual copy of the software I may be able to get it for you to try out but I am just looking for advice on if this is a good way to exchange links or not. You get to pick and choose the links to your site so you can keep it relevant to your subject matter. The only way it writes a link is if you accept each others so it is also recipicol.
