can anyone suggest a good and free autoresponder?

hi

i am a newbie, i am trying to market my ebook using an autoresponder.
after doing some research on the internet, i found many choices but i do not know which one to choose from.
i want a autoreponder that is cheap,reliable and easy to use and maintain.
currently i only have a small mailing list, so i do not need a very big heavy duty autoresponder.

can anyone suggest?
